Oct. 2, 2002 – The St. Croix Environmental Association will offer two nature hikes, one, moderately difficult, at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 12, on the Northwest Scenic Ridge and the other, easy, at 10:30 a.m. at Salt River on Sunday, Oct. 13. Ras Lumumba Corriette of AyAy Eco Tours will lead the hikes and share his knowledge of the ecology of these two areas. Reservations are required.
