STARGAZING WITH SEA

The St. Croix Environmental Association will host an evening of stargazing with amateur astronomer Wood Montier Wednesday, Oct. 9.
The event will be from 6:30 to 9 p.m. at Montier's residence in Frederiksted. See the new moon and other celestial bodies through a powerful telescope with an unobstructed view of the western sky. Come early at 5:45 p.m., suggests a release from SEA, and view the sunset and maybe catch the famous "green flash" from a beautiful sugar mill.
Registration is required: call 778-1952. Oct. 10 is the rain date.
