March 21, 2003 – Sen. Celestino A. White Sr. announced that application information for occupancy at Lovenlund Apartments is now available in his office. The apartments will overlook Magens Point, and rental rates range from $537 for a one-bedroom unit to $794 for a four-bedroom apartment, White said.
"My commitment to aggressively push for land and home ownership, and affordable rental units will continue to remain high on my legislative agenda," White said.
Reliance Housing Foundation, the owners of Lovenlund Apartments, provide units equipped with ceiling fans, dishwashers, refrigerators, stoves, and washer and dryer connections.
Occupancy is based on a first come-first serve basis, the senator said.
