May 27, 2003 – Once again proving that "it ain't over 'til it's over," Pistarckle Theater's "one night only" mounting of the play "By the Sea, By the Sea, By the Beautiful Sea" for its annual fund-raiser on May 17 has taken on a new lease on life.
Performances are scheduled at the theater in Tillett Gardens for two Fridays and two Saturdays — this weekend and June 6 and 7. Tickets are $15 if reserved in advance and $19 at the door. They are not being sold at the usual outlets; however, reservations may be made by calling 775-7877.
The production is of three one-act plays, by Terrence McNally, Joe Pintauro and Lanford Wilson, all directed by Robert Larsen, who has Broadway directing credits. In starring roles are Luanne Eisenhauer, Michael Kuich, Linette Oliver, Alison Steir, Trudy Tucker and Gabriel Vargas. Curtain time all four nights is 8 p.m.
