Coming Up: Children Race, Three Kings Race

Jan. 5, 2005 – The 18th annual Children Race will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, Jan. 7, at the start of the Children's Parade. The 23rd annual Three Kings Mile Road Race will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 8, at the start of the Adults' Parade.
Friday's Children Race will start at the corner of Fisher St. and King St. in Frederiksted. The race is open to all boys and girls 13 years old and under. Awards will be made to the top finishers and a certificate of participation will be given to each finisher.
Saturday's Three Kings Mile Road Race will start at the Claude O. Markoe School in Frederiksted. The one-mile race is open to runners of all ages. Awards will be presented to the top male and female finishers and certificates to all participants.
