News Brief: State of Territory Set for Jan. 31

Jan. 12, 2005 — Gov. Charles W. Turnbull, on Wednesday, announced his intention to deliver the State of the Territory Address on Monday, Jan. 31.
A release from Government House said Turnbull had sent a letter to the Executive
Director of the Virgin Islands Legislature dated Dec. 29, 2004 announcing that he planed to appear at 7 p.m. Monday, Jan 31 to deliver his seventh State of the Territory Address to the 26th Legislature in accordance with the Revised Organic Act of 1954.
