March 24, 2005 – Reginald Payne, 83, of Estate Smithfield, St. Croix, died March 22 at Juan F. Luis Hospital.
He was a police officer for 35 years, and a veteran.
Funeral arrangements, by James Memorial Funeral Home, are pending.
