Commissioner Dean C. Plaskett, Esq., of the Department of Planning & Natural Resources announces that the Division of Capital & Development Planning is in the process of reprogramming $50,000 of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds in order to construct a home buyer training center for the Virgin Islands Housing Finance Authority at #3 Demarara, St. Thomas.
The public is invited to submit comments on this reprogramming to:
