Reader Replies to Scott-Williams on Government Service

Dear Source:
During the early 90's a plan was developed to create a "Virgin Islands Government Office Campus" at a central location on St. Thomas. If a central government "campus" was completed it would be very easy to incorporate all of the great suggestions brought up by Ms. Scott-Williams. It would serve the needs of the employees, most of whom are struggling against great obstacles to do their job, and they in turn could serve the people of the community.
