Government Should Give Racetrack 'A Try'

The V.I. Government has proven its inability to run a department of education, a police department, a hospital, public housing, and anything else it has tried. So maybe a racetrack is the answer.
Remember several years ago when the government got involved in the insurance business? That was a bigger disaster than the hurricanes themselves.
Is there one thing that our government has accomplished, that it can stand back and look at with pride, one thing that any other government would care to emulate?
So let the government give a racetrack a try. If that doesn't work, possibly a lemonade stand would. There must be something.
