In today's world people of such conduct have personal issues they themselves are unaware of. His behavior merits no action other than dismissal, for the safety of the workers. Professionalism is expected within any and every organization, and those who can't abide, must learn work ethics. Concerning me most is the conduct, which can lead to a disgruntled employee taking personal actions towards an innocent other. Under no circumstances is his behavior to be ignored. He definitely needs a therapist; why not suggest one? It is in his best interest.
