Voter Turnout Should Raise Serious Concern

Dear Source:
Voter's turnout should raise very serious concern to government officials. The turn out has loudly answered my question as to whether others felt they were not ready for voting. Officials can't expect the community to walk blind into something as important as this. May we should require 51% of registered voters to show up before it moves forward. I can't speak for St. Croix but on St. Thomas I feel campaigning for votes was as lame as the voters turnout. It was quite the opposite of what we saw take place for the governor's election.
