The entire Ebbesen family and other relatives proudly congratulate Mrs. Vivian Ebbesen-Fludd on her nomination for the Commissioner of Health of the Territory of the Virgin Islands. Mrs. Ebbesen-Fludd has the leadership abilities, experience, understanding and knowledge in regards to health care. But most of all, she has the compassion and perseverance to ensure that the necessary health care and services are available to all the residents of the Virgin Islands.
To quote Mrs. Ebbesen-Fludd, "health care is not a privilege but a right."
Again, a Big Congratulations to Mrs. Vivian Ebbesen-Fludd from her entire family and know that we all are supporting you with this new endeavor.
