Tax Collection Division Completes Move to Builders Emporium

Sept. 18, 2008 – The St. Thomas-St. John community is advised that as of Thursday, Sept. 18, all collections staff and enforcement officers assigned to the Division of Property Tax have moved to the Builders Emporium, located behind the Medical Arts building. Customers needing to transact business with respect to collections and enforcement must go to the new location, according to a press release from Tax Collector for the Division of Property Tax Valencio Jackson. Payment can no longer be made at the Department of Finance on St. Thomas.
This move does not affect immigration and court payments, which will continue to be accepted at the Department of Finance, St. Thomas.
Cashiers for the Divisions of Property Tax on the islands of St. Croix and St. John will continue to accept payments at their current locations.
