Dec. 30, 2008 – The Department of Housing, Parks and Recreation offices in the St. Thomas-St. John District will close at noon on Tuesday, Dec. 30, according to a press release from DHPR. The reason for the early closing is to enable the employees of the department to attend a general staff meeting and to participate in the employees' retirement/recognition activity.
