Sheena Marietta Schou Petersen Dies at 58

Sheena Marietta Schou PetersenSheena Marietta Schou Petersen of Mon Bijou died on Sept. 30.

She is survived by her spouse, James A. Petersen; daughters: Andrea L. Christian-Carino and Theodora A. Petersen; adopted daughters: Kalomi and Niamba Kambui; grandchildren: Anastacio and Ismael Carino, Keyana Jenkins, Ezekiel Carino and Melijah Mason; sisters: Rose Ann Washington, Patricia Schou Ruiz and Wilma Schou LaBorde; and brothers: Andreas Schou, Aage Schou Jr. and Douglas Fredericks. She is also survived by father-in-law, David Petersen; son-in-Law, Anastacio Carino Jr.; sisters-in-law: Mercedes, Agneta, Sherill Petersen, Elisa P. Harrison, and Iantha, Joyce and Virgie Mae Schou; brothers-in-law: Agustin Ruiz, Randolf and Micheal Petersen; and cousins and other relatives: the Harvey, Tutein, Schou, Henry and Clark families, Gertalin Bolling and family, Radiah James, Coreen Messer-Milligan and Ewin Harris. Other survivors include special friends: Sandra Springette and family, Inez D. James, Mr. and Mrs. Rambui, Mr. and Mrs. Jonas, Mr. and Mrs. P. Browne, Anna and Cecelia Barnes and family; and many other relatives and friends too numerous to mention. Special thanks are given to caregivers: Serenity Home Care, La Paz Hospice Care; and niece, Kay A. Williams.
A viewing will take place at 9 a.m. and a funeral service at 10 a.m., on Thursday, Oct. 8, at St. Ann’s Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Kingshill Cemetery.
