John R. Latimer of Smithfield died on June 8, at his residence. He was 67 years old.
He is survived by his daughter, Jeanine Latimer-Henderson; grandchildren: Esmanie Latimer, Shaheem Latimer, Jahquan Latimer and Rayjean Latimer; son-in-law, Raymond Henderson; sisters: Myrtle A. Richards, Norma A. Jackson, Olive E. de Chabert and Phyllis Vickers; and brother, Otto V. Latimer Jr. He is also survived by sisters-in-law: Ann John-Latimer and Conchita Latimer; aunt, Claire Marshall; uncle, Roy Hodge; aunts-in-law: Enid K. Hodge and Enid A. Hodge; special friends: Easlin Lang, Neville Cummings, Ricky Heywood; and other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
A viewing will be held at 9:30 a.m. followed by a funeral service at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, June 22, at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church. Interment will be at Frederiksted Cemetery.
