Omar Tyrone Jacobs of Hill Street died on June 14. He was 61 years old.
He is survived by his companion, Patricia Bailey; sisters: Rosenel Brown and Olevine Rawlins; brothers: Charles Vallard and Dory Jacobs; sisters-in-law: Rita Vallard and Patsy Jacobs; nieces: Janessa and Monica Brown, Delta Edney, Sherrie and La’Trell Dennery, Kiffany Rawlins and Subrina Jacobs Jones; nephews: Elroy Vallard, Samuel Felder, Jemell Jacobs, Damon Dennery, Dory Jr., Okeife and Andre Jacobs; 14 great nieces, 9 great nephews, two great-great nieces, and four great-great nephews. He is also survived by special friends: Glen Dennery, Lenore, Tony, Douglas Richardson, Yvell Nelson, Gary Norman, Fred Freeman, Steve Brown, Edna Derricks, Rodney Gilmore and the Queen Street Crew: Louis Gautier, Walter Phillip, Titus Julien, Jason Nolborough and Patricia Bailey; as well as other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
There will be a viewing held at 9 a.m. and a funeral service at 10 a.m. on Friday, July 9, at the Kingshill Chapel. Interment will follow at Kingshill Cemetery.
