Project Homeless Connect Needs Volunteers for Oct. 22nd Event

Volunteers are needed to assist with the fourth Project Homeless Connect on St. Croix. The event will take place from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 22, at the Rudolph Shultebrandt Complex. Training dates for volunteers will be held from 6-8 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 14 and Tuesday, Oct. 19, at the Gov. Juan F. Luis Hospital, third floor classroom, according to a press release from the Department of Human Services.
Help serve the homeless and donate your time for a day by partnering with non-profit and government agencies to connect those in need with services and programs. Contributions of travel size toiletries and men’s clothing and shoes will also be accepted at the St. Croix Mission Outreach office.
