Janet Edwards Hodge died at age 66.
She is survived by her father, Morris Defrietas; children: Steve Edwards, Arnold Edwards, Delmarie Hodge Foster, Denell Hodge and Mickell Hodge; special friend, George Matthews; grandchildren: Jeney Foster, James Foster, Aaron Edwards, Adrien Edwards, Amani Edwards, Anliyah Edwards, Andrew Edwards and Alexander Hokett; aunts: Martha Stanley, Effield Petrus and Rose Harris; uncle, Nathaniel Jonathan Edwards; special cousins: Carmen Carter Christian, Lynette Edwards, and Gwen and Alvin Harris; and other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
There will be a first viewing held from 5-7 p.m. on Friday, March 22, at Davis Funeral Home Chapel. A second viewing will be held at 9 a.m. followed by a funeral service at 10 a.m. on Saturday, March 23, at the Salvation Army. Interment will be at Western Cemetery No. 3.
