Ralph A. Bartlett Sr. of Hill Street, Christiansted, died on Oct. 17. He was 86 years old.
He is survived by his wife, Murreline C. Bartlett; daughters: Murreline E. Bartlett and Patricia Bartlett; sons: Hubert Bartlett Sr., Ralph Bartlett Jr. and Pedrito Bartlett; adopted son, Inslee Carroll Jr.; and grandchildren: Hubert Bartlett Jr., Jamai Bartlett, Raheem, Rakwon and Rashwan Fenton, Glenn Bartlett, Shamoi Bartlett, Nakia Bartlett, Shenelle and Shantay Bartlett, and Shayniyah Crossley Bartlett; great-grandchild, Aayden Simon.
He is also survived by his aunt, Beulah Williams; uncle, Orsille Samuel; brothers-in-law: Donald Liburd, Myron Liburd and St. Clair Liburd; sisters-in-law: Eileen Phillips, Agneta Hanley, Cynthia Francis, Sylvia Pemberton, Yvonne Rawlins and Ketruda Liburd; special friends: Morton and Marion Isaroon, Florette and Pauline BeGraff, Raymond James, Deichelle Berry, Keisha Knight, Franklyn Stanley, Bernard Swanston and Rolaneo Williams; and other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
A viewing at 9:30 a.m. followed by a funeral service at 10 a.m. will take place on Tuesday, Oct. 28, at Holy Cross Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Kingshill Cemetery.
