Port Authority to Install Speed Bumps at Cyril E. King Airport

The Virgin Islands Port Authority (VIPA) will be installing speed bumps along designated areas within the Cyril E. King Airport. These speed bumps will provide pedestrians with additional safety while crossing the street to and from the airport parking lot and the terminal building. This project will be done on Monday, Feb. 9, through Thursday, Feb. 12, and will be conducted during the evening hours, according to a press release issued on Friday by the VIPA.
VIPA Executive Director Carlton Dowe asks the driving public be watchful for the speed bumps.
