Update on the status of school facilities for the opening of the 2016-2017 School Year

2) The major priorities of the board for the 2016-2017 School Year
3) The operations of the board and the day-to-day management of its employees
4) The board’s position on system governance, and the status of efforts to analyze conflicts in the V.I. Code regarding the respective powers of the Board of Education and the V.I. Department of Education
5) The financial and operational status of the territorial scholarship and loan program managed by the board
6) The School Discipline Policy; Zero Tolerance; School-to-Prison Pipeline
7) The status of the board’s consideration of issues regarding home schooling
