An individual who has a passion for writing plays now has a chance to have his or her original play presented on a professional community theater stage. Pistarckle Theater is reaching out to all Virgin Islands resident playwrights to submit a new play that has not been previously produced or staged.
There are two categories for submitting a play: Adults 16 and up; Children 15 and under.
Playwrights may submit one act to full length plays. Past participants are welcome. An original play must be submitted by Friday, March 17. Selected submissions will be presented during the 2017 New Playwright Festival at Pistarckle Theater on Saturday, May 20.
