The St. Thomas-St. John Division of Corporations and Trademarks will be closed on Wednesdays commencing on March 22 until further notice, according to a press release issued Thursday by the Office of the Lieutenant Governor.
The closure is necessary for the staff to prepare the corporate records for scanning into a new web-based system. Normal operational days and hours from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
