Gov. Kenneth Mapp has shortened the curfew for St. Thomas and St. John to allow free movement from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. as of Friday. The St. Croix curfew is not shortened on an ongoing basis, but Mapp has suspended it for Friday from noon to 4 p.m.
