The Virgin Islands Port Authority’s (VIPA) Board of Governors will conduct its regularly scheduled monthly board meeting at 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, Oct. 4. The meeting will be held in the Crown Bay Center’s conference room at the Austin “Babe” Monsanto Marine Terminal, 161-A Sub Base, St. Thomas.
