The Board of Elections requests that the respective party leaderships — Democratic, Republican, ICM — and Independent candidates taking part in the 2018 General Election submit a list of names for poll watchers and specify the polling place the poll watcher will be assigned.
For example, in the St. Croix District, there are 13 polling precincts; therefore, specify up to three poll watchers per precinct.
Please note: A candidate and political party may appoint three watchers in each polling place, but only one can remain inside a polling place at a given time.
The list of poll watchers must be submitted no later than noon on Wednesday, Oct. 10. Send the list to Deputy Supervisor Kevermay Douglas (District of St. Thomas-St. John) via email: kevermay.douglas@vi.gov.
If further clarification is needed, contact Douglas by email or at 774-3107.
The following is a listing of polling places in the district. Only territorial candidates (gubernatorial, senatorial-at-large and territorial committee- at-large can submit listings for the two districts.
