Tashawn Michael Elizee, also known as “Tay,” of Fort Washing, Md., died on Aug. 28. He was 22 years old.
A viewing will take place at 10 a.m. followed by a funeral service at 11 a.m. on Sunday, Sept. 15, at Peter’s Rest Seventh-day Adventist Church. Interment will be at Kingshill Cemetery.
