VIDOL Sets Up Drop Boxes on St. John for Employees With Unemployment Applications

The COVID-19 State of Emergency requires residents of St. John to access newly placed drop boxes to prevent the need of traveling to the District of St. Thomas.

St. John residents can now submit the applications for unemployment using a repository placed in the V.I. Department of Human Services located at:

The Department of Labor thanks Human Services and the St. John administrator for their assistance with helping with the social distancing strategy and reducing the need for St. John claims to ride the Ferry from St. John to St. Thomas during this time. Unemployment Insurance Claimants located on STJ can call the DHS on St. Thomas directly for more information at 776-3700 ext. 2094 or 2013.
