Missing the Carnival Parade? Here are some photos from years past

Carnival may be canceled, but you can reminisce here with a look at some photos of carnivals past. This would have been the weekend for the St. Thomas parades. St. Thomas Children’s Parade 2019 is being rebroadcast Friday and the Adult Parade Saturday too, at the USVI Festivals Facebook page.
