The Department of Health and the Centers for Disease Control joined forces Saturday with the Virgin Islands Housing Authority and the Michaels Organization, which manages the senior home, to perform free COVID-19 tests to the residents of Celestino A. White Senior Citizens Residence on St. Thomas. Those tests were the culmination of a weeklong effort to protect the territory’s most at-risk residents.
