STT Division of Corporations and Trademarks Extends Closure to Oct. 8

Lieutenant Governor of the United States Virgin includes the Division of Banking, Insurance and Financial Regulation

Lt. Gov. Tregenza A. Roach Esq. informs the public that the temporary closure of the Office of the Lieutenant Governor Division of Corporations and Trademarks located on St. Thomas at Nisky Center will be extended to Friday, Oct. 8. Regular business hours will resume on Tuesday, Oct. 12, following the Columbus Day and Virgin Islands / Puerto Rico Friendship Day Holiday.

The Division has been closed temporarily to implement required protocols due to concerns with at least one employee testing positive for COVID-19.
