Bryan Signs Collective Bargaining Agreement With Educational Administrators’ Association

The Virgin Islands Department of Education

On Nov. 16, Gov. Albert Bryan Jr. signed the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the Government of the Virgin Islands and the Educational Administrators’ Association (EAA).

“The EAA bargaining unit consists of principals, assistant principals and other administrators within the Department of Education,” said Joss Springette, chief negotiator.

“The Bryan-Roach Administration continues to be committed to negotiating fair wages that will improve the quality of life, not just for the members of the EAA bargaining unit, but also for the educational success of our valued students and our territorial public schools,” said the governor.

The Collective Bargaining Agreement will be effective Oct. 1, 2022 and will end Sept. 30, 2024.
