The Virgin Islands Police Department Records and Firearms Bureau on St. Thomas will be operating on a limited schedule Wednesday, during the hours of 1:00-4:00 p.m. due to water interruptions.
There will also be no fingerprinting services available in the St. Croix Records Bureau.
