The Forum to Present Flor De Toloache on Feb. 18 at Prior-Jollek Hall

Flor De Toloache is a new addition to the Forum’s Season 2022-2023. Due to unforeseen circumstances regarding the visa process for Cordas Do Sol from Cape Verde, the Forum has had to delay their visit and will present Flor De Toloache on Saturday, Feb. 18.  They are originally from Mexico and will perform on St. Thomas on Saturday, Feb. 18.

Flor De Toloache is a Latin, Grammy-winning, all-female New York-based music ensemble presenting a fresh take on traditional Mexican music.

This music ensemble doesn’t just play mariachi, but it weaves an arsenal of styles: jazz, classical, salsa, cumbia, folk, rock, country and hip-hop. For all their spunk and ingenuity, it’s the sublime vocal match between lead singers Fiol and Ramos that sets the band (and its audiences) on fire!
