The family announces the passing of Norman Calvin Brown, known to most as “Charlie Brown,” of Estate Bovoni. He was 81 years old. He passed away on Feb. 8, in Lithonia, Ga.
He is survived by:

Charlie Brown was employed at the Water Island Hotel for many years. He was last employed by the University of the Virgin Islands. St. Thomas campus, until his retirement in 2018.
He was a member of the Memorial Moravian Men’s fellowship and the Antigua Barbuda Association.
The Celebration of Life for “Charlie Brown” will be held at 1 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 25, at Gregory B. Levett Funeral Chapel in Scottdale, Ga.
A Memorial Service will be held on St. Thomas, USVI, to be announced at a later date.
