The Virgin Islands Police Department advises the public about traffic
restrictions and roadblocks on Saturday for the Festival of the Bands 4, which will be held on Strand Street Fredriksted, St. Croix.
No parking will be allowed on Strand Street/Waterfront between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 2:00 a.m. between Hill Street and Market Street (by First Bank). Market Street will be blocked to all traffic from 3:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. Also, Custom House Street will be blocked from the Custom House area to all traffic going towards the Ann Abrahamson Pier from 3:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m.
