Man Injured After Group Attack at Oswald Harris Court

A man was hospitalized with a head injury after being struck with a metal pipe by a group of young males in an assault at Oswald Harris Court, according to the Virgin Islands Police Department.

The incident occurred Sunday and was reported to the Criminal Investigation Bureau by the 911 Emergency Call Center. When officers arrived on the scene, they found the adult male victim suffering from a head laceration. He was reportedly unable to provide a full account of the events, according to the police report.

The case is under active investigation by the Criminal Investigation Bureau. Police are urging anyone with information to contact 911, the Criminal Investigation Bureau at 340-774-2211, or Crime Stoppers V.I. at 800-222-TIPS (8477).
