The Virgin Islands Track and Field Federation extends heartfelt condolences to the VI sporting community on the passing of Nevin Phillips, President of the VI Golf Federation.

A PGA Class A Professional and beloved leader, Nevin was a driving force behind the growth of golf in the territory. From founding the VIOC’s Annual Golf Tournament to mentoring countless players at Mahogany Run, his impact was profound.

Through his “Nevin and Friends” golf trips and unwavering dedication, he built more than a sport—he built a community.

His legacy will live on in every swing, every tournament, and every life he touched.
