Earlier: WAPA Plant Personnel continue to actively work to restore power to all impacted customers caused by reduced generation capacity at the Randolph Harley Power Plant. The following feeders have been restored: 7B, 9B, 10B, 8A, and 5A. We apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you for your patience.

Earlier: There is a major electric service outage impacting customers on St. Thomas and St. John due to loss of a transmission line. WAPA Plant Personnel are investigating the cause of the outage. We apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you for your patience.
