            NOTICE is hereby given that a Petition for Settlement without Administration Pursuant to Title 15, V.I.C. § 191 has been submitted to the Superior Court of the Virgin Islands for settlement of the Estate of Elvette Trevor Boddie.  All persons having claims against the estate are to present them to the Petitioner verified by affidavit, and persons indebted to the estate to make payment promptly to:
