To: “John Doe,” being all unknown heirs, successors, and assigns of being any unknown heirs, successors, and assigns of Susan Shobe and all persons claiming a right, title, lien Estate or interest in Week Number 06 in Villa Unit Number 216 in Captain’s Command at Bluebeard’s Beach Club, an Interval Ownership Condominium, Parcel Nos. 100-A, 100-B, and 100-C together with easements “A” and “B” on Parcel 100- REM. No. 4 Estate Frenchman’s Bay Quarter, Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas U.S. Virgin Islands
Within the time limited by law (see note below) you are hereby required to appear before this Court and answer to a complaint filed against you in this action and in case of your failure to appear or answer, judgment by default will be taken against you as demanded in the Complaint, for
