The St. Thomas St. John Hotel and Tourism Association Board of Directors has seven new members. The association, a non-profit organization unifying the hotel and tourism industry, appointed and elected the new members at their annual meeting in July
Joanna Patterson, general manager of Point Pleasant and Randall Doty, director of sales and marketing at Sapphire Beach Resort were elected by the membership for a two-year term.
Jayne Hillner, general manager of Marriott Frenchman's Reef, Carter Donovan, general manager of Ritz Carlton and Brian Young, general manager of Caneel Bay Resort were each appointed by Association's President Richard Doumeng for one year terms.
Cyndi Britton of Treasure Island Cruises and Bill Newbold of Island Business Forms were both elected to represent the association's allied members for two years.
Rik Blyth, general manager of Wyndham Sugar Bay, who was already a board member, was elected vice president. Patterson was elected treasure.
