When praise is deserved, it is deserved no matter what time of the year. Congratulations goes out to Commissioner Sedonie Halbert and staff of the Department of Human Services for ranking number 2 on the national level for the VI Food Stamp Program and its accuracy in administrating this program on the local level. Since 1995 this department has been receiving bonus rewards for its efforts. Now let's strive to continue this in other departments of the VI Government, who ever is in office come January 2007. Good job and well done.
