Sept. 29, 2006 Renewal applications for 2007-2008 for licensed practical nurses and certified nurse's aides were mailed in July, according to a press release from the Department of Health.
If you have not received your renewal application, contact the Virgin Islands Board of Nurse Licensure at 776-7397 or 776-7137 or fax 777-4003.
All LPN and CNA certificates will expire on Dec. 31, 2006.
