Lynnette G. Edwards Dies at 91

Lynnette G. Edwards, also known as "Nettie," of Estate Ruby died on Jan. 10, at her residence. She was 91 years old.

She is survived by her daughters: Patricia Edwards-Johnson and Marilyn Edwards; sons: Leonard A. Edwards, Geoff Kenrick Edwards and McKevin Richards; grandchildren: Richard Edwards, Vanessa Edwards, Dexter Johnson, Melissa Edwards and Landi Edwards; great-grandchild, Gabriel Edwards; daughters-in-law: Denise Edwards and Claudette Edwards; son-in-law, Luther Johnson; and sisters: Gwendolyn Prescott and Isolyn Kleinmoedig. She is also survived by nieces: Joyce Straker, Irma, Lorna, Yirma, Dione and Gloria Prescott, Helena Straker-Phipps, Yolande Straker-Francis, Herma Straker, Hazell-Ann Straker, Cecelia Nedd, Pamela and Thelma; nephews: Ken, Cecil, Ulric and Gerald Prescott, Michael, Denver and Trevor Straker, Merrill Kleinmoedig, Andrew Straker, Noel, Saville Kleinmoedig, Kenville Kleinmoedig, Kenny, Elroy Straker and Kenny; special friends: Margaret Edwards, Ron and Donna Barnard, and the Richmond Senior Center; as well as other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
A viewing will take place at 10 a.m. followed by a funeral service at 11 a.m. on Monday, Jan. 18, at St. John’s Episcopal Church. Interment will be at Kingshill Cemetery.
All arrangements are entrusted to James Memorial Funeral Home Inc.
