Viya to Update Cable TV Channel Line-Up on April 16

In Viya’s continuing efforts to provide an optimal entertainment experience in the territory, it announces the launch of nine new channels and other enhancements to the existing channel line-up.  Effective April 16, Viya will launch the following new channels:

Channel Name: Viya Channel Number

Olympic Channel: 49

Universal Kids: 79

Advertising (skip)

CNN International: 131

CSPAN3: 143

Fuse: 170

DIY: 185

The Hillsong Channel: 334

EWTN en Espanolz: 336

Uplift: 342

The following channels that are currently on Viya’s line-up will be repositioned to be consistent with other channels in the same genre:

Viya also take this opportunity to note that Scripps Media recently notified it and all cable operators of its plan to discontinue RLTV. The channel is no longer available on Viya Cable TV.

Revised channel line-ups will also be available at the Customer Experience Centers located at Tutu Park on St. Thomas, Estate Diamond on St. Croix and The Marketplace on St. John.
