Viya joins the people of the U.S. Virgin Islands in commemorating Memorial Day. Its Customer Experience Centers on St. Thomas, St. John and St. Croix will be closed on Monday, May 28.
Viya also encourages the community to attend the 47th Annual Agriculture and Food Fair on St. Croix, which commences on May 26 and ends on Memorial Day. Once again, Viya is a proud sponsor of this great cultural event. The Viya team will be on hand at the Viya tent to share information about all services and TV2. Attendees at the Agrifest will also be able to enjoy exceptional Wi-Fi service compliments of Viya.
Customer Experience Centers at Tutu Park on St. Thomas and at Estate Diamond on St. Croix are normally open Monday through Saturday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. The Center at the Marketplace in St. John is normally open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
For cable TV and phone repairs, Viya customers calling from landlines should dial 777-Viya. The hours of operation are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. from Monday through Friday and on Saturday, Sunday and holidays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Please have available the telephone number, statement number, address, description of problem and brief directions.
