Viya Payments Now Being Accepted at Credit Unions

Viya CEO Geraldine Pitt

Viya, the leading telecommunications provider in the U.S. Virgin Islands, introduces two additional convenient payment outlets. Effective immediately, payments for all Viya services can be processed at the following Federal Credit Unions:

 St. Thomas Federal Credit Union

 Frederiksted Federal Credit Union

Any customer can make a payment at the Credit Unions. The customer is not required to be a member of the Credit Union. Disconnection notices will not be accepted for payment remittance as this will require a more immediate action to reinstate service in the fastest possible time.

To facilitate payment at the Credit Union of choice, customers will need to present their account information or bill. This is an excellent option to pay bills because payments made by 4 p.m. will be posted to the account on the same business day.

Chief Executive Officer Geraldine Pitt said, “We are excited to offer our customers another way to pay their bill. Many customers love the interpersonal interactions, and we are constantly looking for ways to give customers greater flexibility to manage their own accounts. Partnerships with these long- standing financial institutions in the V.I. are yet another way that Viya continues to demonstrate our commitment to our community.”

“Our mission is to ensure that we add value with every interaction and make it easy for our customers to stay connected to us,” she said.
